So, why is laser cutting so good? Let's first introduce some origins and principles related to laser cutting technology. The speed of using filtered compressed air in laser cutting is faster than that of using oxygen or nitrogen - generally 300ipm to 320ipm. Although some initial investment is needed for some equipment, filtration and compressed air, its long-term cost is relatively low compared with the "traditional" auxiliary gas cost. Laser energy is now in a focus position, and the use of compressed air can produce plasma ball on the surface of metal, its effect is similar to that produced by the use of electric power CNC plasma cutting machine. Plasma is more efficient than light in heat transfer.
